Initial Consultation

Begin with a one-to-one conversation where we explore your jewellery, your brand story, and how you want clients to experience the unboxing moment.

Choose Materials & Colours

Select from standard leather colours (no surcharge): black, brown, dark red, red, dark green, navy blue, dark purple, blackberry, burgundy. Premium options carry a +10% surcharge (box price only) for fuchsia, royal blue, aqua, emerald green, or +15%for orange, tan, natural leathers, Pantone matches. Very light lining fabrics attract +10% surcharge on both box and pad costs.

We advise on light-sensitive shades that may age over time.

Submit Logo & Artwork

Provide clear black-on-white PDF or JPG artwork for your logo or design so we can prepare the embossing blocks (£30–£75 one-off charge per block, depending on item size/surface).

Our specialty is blind embossing (raised embossing) — each item requires its own precisely sized metal block, a one-off investment that creates your distinctive, tactile brand signature.

Standard prices include one blind embossed logo per item; extra logos, stamping, gold/silver blocking, or screen printing quoted separately.

We assist with optimal size and placement.

Sample Creation

Physical samples produced after your written specification approval: £280 Sample Admin Charge (SAC) per setor£150 for a single sample, plus any applicable one-off block charges.

We offer dual colourway sampling(half-set in one colour, half-set in another) for both leather and linings, so you can compare options side-by-side.

Invoice sent with samples for immediate payment—all sampling costs are non-refundable even if you don't proceed to production

Sample Review & Final Approval

Review your physical samples—test the leather textures, colours, logo placement, and how your jewellery fits inside.

All adjustments must be made at this stage:free re-samplesfor any JBC errors;client-requested changes charged(new samples + blocks if needed, e.g. £150+ SAC).

Full approval locks the design permanently—no further alterations possible once production begins.
