Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Readymade JBC Collection/Stock Box Items:
These are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. If your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@thejewellersboxcompany.com with photos and details. Once inspected, faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our fault. We aim to resolve genuine issues promptly with a replacement or store credit.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Bespoke or customised orders are non-returnable once a sample has been approved and production has begun.

  • Due to our handmade process, no cancellations or changes are possible after sample sign-off.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet our standard return conditions—unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging—and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
